These terms cover the Spraay connector for Muse, operated by Plagtech LLC.
What the service does
The connector prepares batch USDC payouts on Base and gives you a link to review and sign them. It is non-custodial: it never holds your funds, keys or seed phrase, and it cannot move funds. Funds move only when you sign a transaction in your own wallet.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for checking every recipient and amount before you sign. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
- You are responsible for your wallet, its security, and having enough USDC and ETH for gas.
- You must use the service lawfully and only send funds you are entitled to send.
Fees
The connector is free. The Spraay smart contract charges a protocol fee on each batch, currently 0.3%, added on top of the total and paid on-chain in the same transaction. The signing page shows the exact fee before you sign, and it will not proceed if the fee has changed. Network gas is paid by you.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". Blockchains, wallets and third-party services can fail or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Plagtech LLC is not liable for losses from transactions you sign, wallet issues, network conditions or third-party services.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
